My covers are made from 100% Cotton fabric, in various patterns and colors. I'm using my variation of a free pattern from Craft Passion.
Wypall X80 Blue Shop Cloths were not created for this purpose, but they have been tested to block particles down to 0.3 microns, and are the best option I have found.
This sleeve holds a length of crafting pipe-cleaner, with the ends folded down and crimped for comfort.
The adjustable ties are made from 100% cotton T-shirt material, cut by hand and made into long tubes similar to shoe laces, but much softer.
All covers and filter inserts are measured, cut, pressed, and sewn by hand, solely by Michele in her copious free time, lol. Each face cover takes nearly an hour to construct.
